Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Customer Tech Consultant to deliver cloud-native customer solutions, CCaaS, CRM integrations, and conversational AI. You’ll design great customer experiences and help unlock business growth by combining technology with strategy.

Join a Service team of 17 colleagues, work across diverse client projects, and collaborate with architects and consultants on system analysis, configuration, and end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer tech transformation, service design, or technology advisory roles
• A master's degree
• Strong consulting skills: problem‑structuring, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Affinity with front‑office, digital experiences, or cloud technology
• Interest in CCaaS, CRM, cloud, and systems integration, plus curiosity for emerging technologies such as Generative AI

Responsibilities

• Mapping process and interaction flows
• Configuring and validating CCaaS environments
• Presenting technical solution options to stakeholders
• Evaluating integration methods with CRM or backend systems
• Owning technical deliverables end‑to‑end
