Job summary

Accenture Song in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Tech / Customer Data Architect to define, design and realize modern customer data foundations. You will assess maturity, shape future-state architectures, and translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps with C-level stakeholders.

You’ll work with data engineers, MarTech specialists and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, privacy‑proof, AI‑ready solutions across CDPs, marketing automation and cloud data warehouses such as

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in customer tech transformation or architecture.
Master’s degree required.
Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
Strong knowledge of solution architecture, data models, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead customer data and MarTech maturity assessments and roadmaps.
Design end-to-end customer data architectures (identity, profiling, ingestion, activation, governance, security).
Advise on solutions across CDPs, marketing automation, CRM, and data warehouses (GCP BigQuery, Azure).
Translate business use cases into data models, APIs, and activation pipelines.
Oversee delivery quality and align architecture across data, engineering, and marketing.
