You will own regulatory submissions, contribute to financial reporting, and translate complex data into actionable insights for management. English proficiency and a willingness to work in an office environment are essential as the role collaborates across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of non-life actuarial experience.
• Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with reserving and Solvency II calculations.
• Familiarity with data science tools like Python or R and AI/automation.
• Experience in financial reporting for regulated insurers.

Responsabilités

• Own reserving processes and Solvency II calculations for regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to financial reporting deliverables (SFCR, RSR, ORSA, QRTs).
• Build and refine AI-driven workflows to speed up actuarial work.
• Identify trends in data and communicate insights to inform decisions.
• Raise the bar on actuarial compliance as Lemonade expands in Europe.
