Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of non-life actuarial experience
• Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, or related field
• Hands-on experience with reserving and Solvency II capital requirement calculations
• Familiarity with data science tools like Python or R, and comfort with AI and automation
• Experience in financial reporting for regulated insurers
• Ability to translate complex results for management and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week

Responsibilities

• Own reserving processes and Solvency II calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across regulatory submissions
• Contribute to key financial reporting deliverables — including SFCR, RSR, ORSA, and QRTs
• Build and refine AI-driven workflows that make actuarial work faster, leaner, and more scalable
• Identify trends in data, translate them into clear insights, and communicate findings to inform business decisions
• Continuously raise the bar on actuarial compliance and professional standards as Lemonade grows in Europe
