ING is offering a Graduate Intern position to support the development of intelligent agents for Non-Financial Risk management in Amsterdam. The role blends data science, AI, and automation to address risk challenges in a regulated banking environment.

You will work on agent-based solutions, data analysis, and collaboration with risk experts across IT and business units, contributing to innovation within the bank.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in a tech field.
• Experience with machine learning, data analysis, or AI/LLM frameworks.
• Experience with prompt engineering and building agent-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agent-based solutions to support NFR processes with Co-Pilot.
• Prototype and validate new automation approaches in risk management.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and share knowledge within the team.
• Collaborate with risk and IT stakeholders and present outcomes.
