You will join the Non-Financial Risk team within the CRO domain, based in Amsterdam. The team focuses on managing and improving ING's Non-Financial Risk processes and frameworks, including areas such as IT risk and operational risk. ING's Non-Financial Risk team focusses on Cyber Security, Operational Resilience, Fraud management, Physical Security and all other areas that are linked to people, systems, processes and/or external events.
We are increasingly leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions, including Co-Pilot agents to improve efficiency, horizon scanning, and control effectiveness. You will collaborate with risk experts in a multidisciplinary, innovative environment.
