Job summary

ING is offering an internship in Amsterdam within the Modelling Technology area (CTO F&R Risk Modelling). You will study how agentic AI affects organizational roles, governance and job crafting while collaborating with senior professionals.

The role emphasizes research, model thinking and practical guidance to shape an AI-empowered organization. Hybrid work is offered with a mandatory Dutch university enrollment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT Technology, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in programming languages (Python).
• Interest in Financial sector and business organizations of scale.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• At least one day in the office working with the team.
• Self- guided and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Study the tensions that AI has introduced.
• Describe the risks and opportunities of shift-left and shift-right.
• Industry research; how do other studies reflect on this issue and how did other companies deal with the fast introduction of AI.
• What target operating models can we consider? And what are the pros and cons for each of these models?
• Pitchbook & Presentation Preparation: Prepare a presentation of the study and the results found.
• Deliver a practical guide for tuning the organization towards a most optimal AI empowered organization.
