Job summary

JBT Marel's Innovation team seeks a Scrum Master for the Controls Engineering group to coach two PLC & HMI development teams at the intersection of software and hardware. You will partner with the Product Owner to create a high-performing, self-managing delivery organization and drive continuous improvement across the teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with software development teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban events, ensuring they are effective and time-boxed.
• Coach teams to improve delivery, flow, and value delivery.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Support Agile transformation and adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to drive high performance and predictable delivery.
