Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Scrum Master for Controls Engineering within its Innovation team. You will lead two PLC & HMI development teams, coach teams on Agile practices, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to drive high-performance delivery.

In this role, you will contribute to the Agile transformation across the organization, remove impediments, and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience with software development teams and related principles (design & coding).
• Experience in a multidisciplinary machine software and hardware environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead two PLC & HMI development teams with a focus on high performance and predictable delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban events, using Agile metrics to drive improvement.
• Coach teams in Scrum and Kanban practices and improve team dynamics.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Owner to align on goals and progress.
• Identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
