Job summary

Lely is seeking a Scrum Master in the Software department at its Maassluis campus. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams to continuously improve and deliver value to farmers daily.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Embedded Software teams, ensuring transparency and strong communication across stakeholders. The role requires English fluency, a relevant degree, and Scrum certifications.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile coach.
Bachelor or Masters diploma.
Knowledge of change management, Kanban, and Lean.
Fluent English and living in the Netherlands.
PSM 1 or CSM certification.

Responsibilities

Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Supporting the team in identifying and resolving impediments.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.
Collaborating with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Ensuring transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Coaching team members in Agile and Scrum principles
