Job summary

JBT Marel is actively seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to build and professionalize portfolio management across our global innovation organization. This role involves creating governance, dashboards and data models that drive executive decision-making and align with our growth strategy.

You will partner with heads of product and innovation across divisions to deliver a well-balanced development pipeline that meets market demands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, innovation management, product development or governance.
• Experience establishing portfolio management frameworks, governance and reporting structures.
• Experience with portfolio management systems, preferably Planview.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern portfolio management process in collaboration with heads of product/innovation.
• Create dashboards and reports to support portfolio management.
• Set standards and best practices for portfolio management and ensure reliable information.
• Translate portfolio data into meaningful insights and executive-level reporting.
