Job summary

Rabobank in the Netherlands is seeking an Agentic SDLC Engineer to join the new Hub building AI-powered software delivery across 1000+ squads. You will own GenAI and agent architectures, guide technical decisions and turn experiments into scalable building blocks.

This hands-on role requires strong software fundamentals, polyglot coding ability, and a collaborative mindset to improve developer experience, standards and velocity across Rabobank's engineering teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical roles (DevOps, Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Data Science).
Strong hands-on expertise with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
Polyglot engineer capable across languages and tools.
Experience with coding agents or agentic development tools.
Ability to design and build from scratch turning ambiguity into working software.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable GenAI systems and agent architectures.
Build production-ready GenAI services platforms with portability.
Lead solution design across APIs, event-driven systems and AI workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into scalable capabilities.
Mentor and lead technical teams, showcasing maker mindset through prototypes or projects.
