Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and optimize Copilot Studio agents that power secure, scalable customer journeys across channels. You’ll translate complex requirements into robust AI-driven experiences.

You will lead engineering decisions, mentor team members, and drive Azure DevOps deployments while leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse) to deliver enterprise‑grade AI solutions that enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Copilot Studio agents, including orchestration, prompts, grounding and API connectors.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse and integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines and enterprise‑grade solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and optimization of Copilot Studio agents by orchestrating secure flows, ensuring accurate grounding and improving system‑wide interaction quality.
• Guide and mentor Agent Makers by reviewing complex builds, providing architectural direction and strengthening engineering discipline across the team.
• Drive ALM implementation by enabling repeatable deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines and ensuring consistent integration with dependent enterprise systems.

Design advanced Copilot Studio agents that power secure, scalable and automated customer journeys. In this role, you lead engineering decisions, guide colleagues and elevate the quality of Rabobank’s conversational AI landscape. As a Agentic AI Engineer, you translate complex requirements into seamless AI‑driven customer experiences.

Examples from practice

• Improve the grounding logic of a Copilot agent to boost answer accuracy across multiple customer channels.
• Design a reusable agent component that accelerates delivery for all Agent Makers in the team.
• Shape a new conversational flow that reduces customer handling time while keeping a friendly tone and clear structure.
