Staffworx Limited in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build and run production AI systems for enterprise clients. This hands-on role requires deep technical leadership in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems and safety, with delivery experience in consultancy-like settings.

The position is permanent, home-based within the Netherlands with Amsterdam office days, offering challenging client work across sectors and opportunities to shape engineering

Competenze

• 6–8 years in software or AI engineering or applied data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, retrieval stacks and vector stores.
• Experience building multi-agent systems and agent orchestration.
• Strong Python, with production-grade workflows.
• Experience with at least one cloud AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock or similar).
• Knowledge of semantic modelling or knowledge graphs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design and build LLM applications with modern orchestration patterns and evaluation loops.
• Develop multi-agent systems including planning, tool use and safety constraints.
• Create retrieval pipelines (embeddings, vector stores, RAG, search).
• Apply knowledge modelling to improve reasoning and data alignment.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms via APIs and connectors.
