Currently Europol is looking for Agent - Data Protection Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for handling and coordinating Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and will assist in the preparation of data protection impact assessments. This role provides support in ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws by processing requests efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirement

She/he will be entrusted with the following functions and duti

es:
Log, verify, and track DSARs in accordance with legal timeli
nes;Liaise with different entities across Europol to gather relevant data and documents needed to respond to DS
ARs;Maintain accurate records of all DSAR activity, including correspondence, response timelines, and outco
mes;Support audits and reporting performed by the EDPS and generate DSAR statistics as reques
ted;Assist in the preparation of data protection impact assessments by supporting risk assessment and implementation of security measu
res;Provide administrative data protection-related support, including responding to internal queries on data protection procedures and offering initial guidance on records of processing activities and privacy stateme
nts;Perform any other duties in the area of competence as assigned by line managem

ent.
Key requirements and knowl

edge:
A level of education as described in the vacancy notice published on Europol’s we
bsite;Experience in providing support to data protection assurance roles, activities supporting compliance with relevant regulations, or in a similar legal support
role;Experience in working with regulatory compliance frameworks, related to GDPR, Law Enforcement Directive, EUDPR or similar data protection
laws;Knowledge of best practices related to privacy rights and compl
iance;Ability to understand and apply the data protection framework applicable to Eu
ropol;Ability to handle confidential and sensitive inform
ation;Knowledge of technical-organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal

data.

Indicative

salary:The basic monthly salary in Function Group FGIII in grade 8 (EUR 3374.39), grade 9 (EUR 3817.90) or grade 10 (EUR 4

319.71).
The indicative salary for a staff member (single) in receipt of expatriation allowance

(16%) is:
a) Staff member (single) in receipt of expatriation allowance (16%): FGIII: grade 8 EUR 3997.71, grade 9 EUR 4171.14, grade 10 EU

R 4607.35.b) Staff member with two dependent children in their custody in receipt of expatriation allowance (16%): FGIII: grade 8 EUR 5506.28, grade 9 EUR 5989.77, grade 10 EU
