Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Quality role in a medical technology/pharmaceutical company.
• 2+ years experience with CAQ.
• 3 years of experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 across digital environments.
• Coordinate internal and external penetration testing.
• Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation.

At Sensitech EMEA, a Carrier company, we safeguard the digital integrity of mission-critical supply chains worldwide. As a Cybersecurity & Application Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting systems that support pharmaceutical and medical technology clients.

You will ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and collaborate across quality, product, and IT teams to uphold the highest levels of security and compliance. This position also interfaces directly with the Quality department, serving as the primary administrator for system access and permissions, and acting as the lead for configuration support within the electronic Quality Management System (e-QMS).

Requirements

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality role in a medical technology/pharmaceutical company
• 2+ years of experience with CAQ
• At least 3 years of experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2015 compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with OWASP, secure coding practices, and vulnerability management
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SQL/PostgreSQL databases
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Compliance Quest, Jira, Rally, or TFS
• Background in companies like GSK, Eli Lilly, Baxter, Johnson & Johnson, or similar
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, microservices, or distributed computing environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset toward learning and innovation

Responsibilities

As Cybersecurity & Application Specialist, you will:

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 across digital environments and organizational processes
• Coordinate internal and external penetration testing; manage mitigation efforts
• Support cybersecurity-related RFPs/RFQs, audits, and customer-specific reviews
• Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation, including architecture slide decks
• Liaise with Carrier’s global cybersecurity team to align with best practices and tools
• Lead and support internal and external audits, serving as the primary assessment contact
• Manage security reviews, audit cycles, and testing schedules
• Monitor and report on risk remediation and audit readiness
• Act as liaison between the Quality department and Compliance Quest (e-QMS) regarding user access, permissions, and system functionality
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in e-QMS processes and functionality
• Provide configuration support for specific e-QMS modules based on organizational needs
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base for e-QMS use, troubleshooting, and FAQs
