Job summary

King of Reach by B&S is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to manage the end-to-end export order process for our retail clients across Africa. You will handle documentation, shipping, and compliance, collaborating with stock, purchasing, finance, logistics and sales teams in a fast-paced, autonomous role.

The role offers 1 day per week work-from-home with a good salary in line with experience, plus a Christmas bonus and performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or office-based role preferred.
• Strong command of English; French is a plus.
• Accurate and a strong communicator; able to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on orders for retail clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external customers.
• Spot and resolve issues in the order process.
• Keep all records and admin up to date.
• Coordinate the full order flow from start to finish.
