Job summary

King of Reach, part of the B&S family, seeks a Customer Care Specialist to manage end-to-end export orders for African markets. You will handle documentation, shipping, and compliance, collaborating with stock, purchasing, finance, logistics and sales teams.

You will work within a diverse international team offering autonomy and ownership, taking the lead to improve processes and ensure smooth order flow from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or office-based role is a plus
• Strong command of English; French is a plus
• Accurate and a strong communicator
• Confident when dealing with clients
• Take ownership and work independently

At King of Reach, we’re looking for a detail-driven and self-starting Customer Care Specialist to manage the end-to-end export order process for our retail customers across Africa. From West and Central Africa to the East and South. You quickly see where things can improve and make sure they do. Sounds like you? Then you’ll fit right in.

Reach your full potential as Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for the flawless processing of retail export orders to African markets, including the export documentation, shipping and compliance requirements that come with them, and you collaborate closely with colleagues from stock management, purchasing, finance, logistics and sales. You’ll join a diverse, international team where you get a lot of autonomy and ownership. You know what needs to be done, and take the lead when action is needed.
