Qualifications

• Strong skills in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing with proven experience managing and optimizing affiliate programs.
• Solid background in Digital Marketing including campaign planning, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with affiliates and coordinating with internal teams.
• Experience with analytics tools, tracking platforms, and dashboards to interpret data and guide decisions.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the automotive or leasing market, or willingness to quickly learn industry-specific concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
