Job summary

Awin seeks a Customer Insights & Strategy Lead to drive data-driven affiliate growth. You will blend Awin data assets with channel expertise to grow customer value, retention, and partnerships, leading insights and strategy for high-profile clients.

The role demands senior analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring of junior staff within a hybrid Amsterdam/Poland setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of online marketing professional experience.
• At least 4 years experience in affiliate marketing across multiple verticals.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Ability to convert data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Experience using BI/visualisation tools (Tableau/Power BI/Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced analysis and strategic recommendations solving customer challenges.
• Translate complex data into narratives supporting executive decisions.
• Develop affiliate, measurement, attribution, and full-funnel growth strategies.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
