Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace industry or a comparable high-tech environment.
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project is required.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments.
• Strong planning or cost control experience.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in a regulated international environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the setup, management, and continuous development of project controls structures for leading clients in the aerospace industry.
• Plan and control budgets, costs, timelines, and risks in complex development and industrial projects.
• Track project progress and provide reporting based on defined KPIs.
• Conduct maturity assessments and derive concrete, actionable recommendations.
• Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and organizational structures.
• Support project management across multiple functions and management levels.
• Foster a project-oriented company culture by introducing appropriate tools, templates, and methodologies.
