Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED, a globally leading consulting firm, seeks a PMO/Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead complex initiatives. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and scope across high-tech environments, while coordinating teams and stakeholders.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required in this regulated international setting. The role emphasizes Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC for process optimization, with a strong focus on PMBOK/PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong PMO and project control expertise.
• Experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch in a regulated international environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage timelines, budgets, and scope; coordinate activities and resources.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Budget & Finance: Monitor and report on project budgets and financial progress.
• Risk & Quality: Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Methodologies: Apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) approaches.
• Process Improvement: Optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN, or DMAIC.
• Documentation & Reporting: Report on KPIs, progress, and lessons learned; address deviations.
• Decision-Making: Make timely decisions on escalations, scope changes, and deviations.
• Project Closure: Evaluate results, ensure smooth handover, and document lessons learned.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a high-tech environment
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies
• Experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and optimizing logistics, ERP, order management, or production processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft‑Project is required
• Excellent English and Dutch skills
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an regulated international environment

We offer a starting salary of €85,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
