Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED, a global consulting firm, seeks a seasoned PMO and project controls specialist to lead setup, governance, and control structures for complex aerospace and high-tech projects.

You will plan budgets, timelines, and risks, track progress with KPIs, and drive maturity through tools, templates, and methodologies while collaborating with diverse international stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in aerospace or high‑tech environments.
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the setup, management, and continuous development of project controls structures for leading clients in the aerospace industry
• Plan and control budgets, costs, timelines, and risks in complex development and industrial projects
• Track project progress and provide reporting based on defined KPIs
• Conduct maturity assessments and derive concrete, actionable recommendations
• Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and organizational structures
• Support project management across multiple functions and management levels

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace industry or a comparable high-tech environment
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Primavera or Microsoft-Project is required
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments
• Strong planning or cost control experience
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an regulated international environment

We offer a starting salary of €85,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
