Job summary

CSC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the CSC GFS PMO. You will lead a portfolio of initiatives, partnering with leaders across functions to turn complex objectives into successful outcomes in a hybrid environment blending waterfall and Agile.

The role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to navigate change. Travel internationally as required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP a plus. Location supports Netherlands/UK/Ireland with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with proven delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executive level.
• Comfortable operating in change and ambiguity with competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a varied portfolio of high-impact initiatives across clients, products, and teams.
• Build clear plans, manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, leaders to translate objectives into plans.
• Provide structure to ambiguity and guide teams as priorities evolve.
• Communicate effectively from working teams to senior executives.
• Support change management and adoption across stakeholders.
• Balance detail with big-picture oversight.
• Anticipate issues, surface risks, and drive decisions.
• Foster strong relationships and lead through influence.
• Apply waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid delivery as required.
• Suggest continuous improvements to PMO and delivery processes.
