Job summary

Tempo-Team is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our aerospace operations in Venlo. You will lead a hands-on team, keep daily activities on track, ensure compliance and high quality, and motivate colleagues to perform at their best in a fast-moving environment.

You will plan staffing to match forecasted volume, run daily PCM, coach and develop team members, drive continuous improvement, and uphold safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• As a hands-on operational leader with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience coordinating staffing to meet forecasted demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities of the team, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate daily staffing to match forecasted volume.
• Coach and develop team members to support performance and career growth.
• Conduct daily Performance Control Meetings (PCM) and communicate updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and update process/work instructions.
• Maintain high quality, safety, and compliance standards.
