UPS Venlo is seeking a Leading Hand to organize and supervise daily operations, acting as the right-hand to the Team Leader. You will plan staffing, ensure the right skills are in each shift, and drive performance through coaching and PCM meetings.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in logistics or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and staff; align with daily volumes.
• Execute staff planning and assign shifts with the needed skills.
• Motivate and coach the team for well-being and performance.
• Conduct PCM meetings and inform team about performance and updates.
• Identify operational improvements and support their implementation.
• Perform periodic performance reviews to coach and develop staff.
• Ensure aerospace quality focus and participate in work instruction reviews.
