Responsibilities

• Organizes shift start-up and end-of-shift meetings.
• Support, guide, and coach team members in their daily activities and development.
• Delegate tasks, assign colleagues to activities, and adjust priorities.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and quality within the department.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
• Report operational updates and department performance to the Team Leader.
• Cooperate with Support Engineers, Planners, and other Logistics departments.
• Execute 5S-related activities and report unsafe situations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency and teamwork.
• Promote a positive, flexible and collaborative team culture.
