Job summary

Tempo-Team is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our aerospace operations in Venlo. You will lead a hands-on team, keep daily activities on track, ensure compliance and high quality, and motivate colleagues to perform at their best in a fast-moving environment.

You will plan staffing to match forecasted volume, run daily PCM, coach and develop team members, drive continuous improvement, and uphold safety and process standards.

What will you do

As a Leading Hand, you control and organize the daily operational activities of your team in a compliant, effective, and efficient manner. Your primary focus areas are team leadership, workforce planning aligned with volume forecasts, and monitoring operations to ensure seamless continuity.

• Ensure smooth workflows, high productivity, and operational continuity;
• Plan and coordinate daily staffing to match expected volume requirements;
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to support employee performance and career development;
• Conduct daily Performance Control Meetings (PCM) and clearly communicate key updates;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to updating process and work instructions within Aerospace operations;
• Maintain strict adherence to high quality, safety, and compliance standards.
