Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in aerospace sales, account management, or program management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers.
• Lead Long Term Agreements (LTA) negotiations and manage LTAs.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment efforts for LTAs.
• Act as main contact for key accounts and address inquiries promptly.
• Provide regular market intelligence updates to the leadership team.
• Oversee budgets and track financial performance of customer programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
