Job summary

Active Ants Roosendaal is seeking an Assistant Team Leader Logistics to support daily operations in its highly automated e-fulfilment centre. You will assist the Team Leader, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth order processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility with day, evening and night shifts, collaboration with warehouse staff, and experience in logistics systems. You’ll gain exposure to AutoStore and packing automation while contributing to safe, efficient

Qualifications

Relevant work experience in logistics or distribution environments.
Experience with automatic order picking systems is an advantage.
Demonstrable leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
Willingness to work shifts (day, evening, night) and some weekend days.
Good command of Dutch or English (both is an advantage).

Responsibilities

Support the Team Leader in daily warehouse operations.
Coordinate and assist in the execution of operational activities within your area.
Monitor progress, priorities and quality on the work floor.
Identify and report issues, bottlenecks and improvement points.
Support and guide warehouse employees during daily operations.
Participate in order picking, packing and processing tasks.
Work with WMS systems and process operational data.
Contribute to a safe, structured and efficient working environment.
