This Shared Service Center offers employment to over 550 employees, with 40 nationalities, who speak 34 languages. We are looking for an Advanced Duty Collections Agent to join the Accounts Receivables team.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

As an Advanced Duty Collections Agent, you will manage and coordinate cash collection and query handling in an efficient and cost-effective manner aligned with our process guidelines and policies. You will work toward structural solutions for recurring collection issues and communicate with service centers and gateways where shipments are held for payment.
