Job summary

Globus Medical, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Netherlands to manage invoice processing, payment proposals, and AP closing tasks across EMEA/APAC.

You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments while maintaining vendor relationships and adherence to internal policies. The role requires fluent English and Dutch, 3–5 years in admin or finance, and experience migrating legacy accounting processes into global shared services.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch are required for daily communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of experience in administrative or finance-related roles.
• Experience migrating legacy accounting processes into standardized global shared services.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and urgent payments accurately and on time.
• Create payment proposals for daily and weekly payments.
• Perform AP closing tasks according to the international closing schedule.
• Handle mailbox and vendor correspondence; maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
