Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate processing of invoices and travel & expenses within the EMEA and APAC regions. You will create payment proposals, perform closing tasks, and uphold company policies in a collaborative finance team.

A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong communication is required. Starting salary is €35,000 per annum, plus benefits and holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in administrative or finance-related roles.
• Experience migrating legacy accounting processes to standardized global shared services.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and urgent payments correctly and on time.
• Create payment proposals for daily and weekly payments.
• Perform AP closing tasks according to the international closing schedule.
• End-of-period adjustments and clearing of accrued costs.
• Maintain mailbox and vendor correspondence.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
