Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate processing of invoices and travel & expense reports across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will create payment proposals, perform AP closing tasks, and maintain compliance with company policies while collaborating with a global finance team.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and experience with ERP systems and MS Office. Starting salary is €35,000 per year plus benefits and holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in administrative or finance-related roles.
• Experience migrating legacy accounting processes to global shared services.
• Strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and urgent payments accurately and on time.
• Create daily and weekly payment proposals.
• Perform AP closing tasks per international schedule.
• Handle accruals, vendor correspondence, and mailbox maintenance.
