Job summary

Repligen Netherlands, based in Breda, seeks an Accountant to join the European Finance team. The role covers month-end close, cash management, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and audits in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

You will work with experienced finance professionals in an international environment, supporting process improvements and finance transformation while growing your expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage cash accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Track and account for prepaid expenses and accruals.

Job description

We're looking for an Accountant to join our European Finance team and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting across multiple European entities. In this role, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting activities, including month-end close, cash management, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and audit support. You'll work closely with experienced finance professionals in a collaborative and international environment where continuous improvement and professional growth are encouraged. You'll work based out of Breda in a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage cash accounting and bank reconciliations.
