Job summary

Repligen in Breda, Netherlands seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial performance and partner with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams. You will deliver actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and develop robust financial models to guide strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes close collaboration across operations and functional leaders, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 from home) and opportunities to influence investments and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports providing actionable business insights.
• Lead monthly close activities, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Analyse and report Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and KPIs.
• Partner with the R&D organization on financial modeling for new product introductions.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to manufacturing operations.
• Establish and analyze financial and operational KPIs, recommending corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with leaders across the organization.
