Repligen Corporation in Breda, Netherlands, is seeking an Accountant to join our European Finance team. In this role you will support month-end close, cash management, reconciliations, revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and audit support in a collaborative, international environment.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home; a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage cash accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Track and account for prepaid expenses and accruals.
• Assist with revenue recognition reviews and testing.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.
