Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Associate, Accounts Receivable B2B for a full-time role based in the Netherlands. You will manage monthly closings, ensure accurate financial data across GL accounts, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.

You will oversee B2B invoicing, collections, payment processing, and monthly invoicing cycles, driving efficiency and accuracy while supporting ongoing process improvements within AR.

About the role

In this role, you'll be closely involved in monthly and annual closings and ensure the accuracy of our financial data across various general ledger accounts. Your eye for detail and process improvement will be essential in enhancing our internal controls and audit readiness.

About your tasks:

• Manage B2B transactions and invoicing: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of B2B customer invoices, proactively communicate with customers regarding transactions, and resolve payment delays and account-related issues.
• Manage collections and overdue receivables: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and take appropriate actions to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Manage accounts and payments: Perform account clearing, monitor open items, process customer payments and credits, and ensure accurate and timely allocation of incoming payments.
• Own the monthly B2B invoicing process: Coordinate and execute the monthly B2B invoice run, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely processing.
• Collaborate across departments: Work closely with teams such as Retail Media, Treasury, and Accounting Operations to resolve issues and ensure smooth and efficient B2B accounting processes.
• Reporting and KPI management: Prepare and maintain B2B Accounts Receivable reports and KPIs, providing transparency on receivables, collections, and payment performance.
• Ensure internal controls: Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and established processes.
• Drive process improvements: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and quality within B2B Accounts Receivable processes and contribute to related projects.

About you

• You have several years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in a B2B environment.
• You have a solid understanding of invoicing, collections, payment processing, account clearing, and receivables management.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with strong communication skills and confidence in working with customers and internal stakeholders.
• You are comfortable working with financial and accounting systems and have an interest in continuously improving processes. You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
