Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Rijswijk zoekt een Account Support medewerker voor het beheren van commerciële overeenkomsten met groothandels. U bent verantwoordelijk voor prijsupdates, assortiment en administratie, en werkt nauw samen met het Sales-, Marketing- en Supply Chain-team.

Een relevante diploma (MBO/HBO) en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring zijn vereist. Verder zijn sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding essentieel in deze rol.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in commerciële ondersteuning of een vergelijkbare administratieve rol.
• Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Gestructureerde en detailgerichte werkwijze.

Responsibilities

• Onderhouden en updaten van prijslijsten en assortimenten.
• Beheren van individuele groothandelsstructuren en kortingsafspraken.
• Communiceren van prijsupdates aan groothandels.

Job Description

As an Account Support medewerker, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial agreements with wholesale partners. You will manage pricing, assortment updates, and administrative processes while maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update pricing lists, assortments, and article codes
• Manage individual wholesale pricing structures and discount agreements
• Initiate and monitor workflows for pricing conditions in SAP
• Validate pricing entries and follow up on discrepancies leading to credit or debit notes
• Communicate with wholesalers regarding pricing updates and corrections
• Register product changes and innovations on external platforms
• Communicate assortment changes and stock updates to partners
• Ensure timely collection and processing of indirect sales data
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence on monthly data processing
• Create and maintain new customer records
• Monitor and support NPI processes and ensure timely execution
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Completed MBO or HBO degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a commercial support, sales support, or similar administrative role
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Proactive and strong communication skills
• Structured and detail-oriented working style

• Experience with SAP is preferred
