The Account Manager - Ingredient Processing - Europe role is based in Austria and open to other European locations, including the Netherlands, Germany and France. Listed locations include Haag am Hausruck, Austria; Delft Biotech Campus, Netherlands; Grenzach, Germany; and 2 more locations.

The Account Manager - BCIP Europe is responsible for driving profitable growth across a defined portfolio of customers within the Baking, Confectionery & Ingredient Processing (BCIP) segment. The role centers on accelerating growth in Ingredients Processing through strong customer engagement, proactive opportunity development, and effective execution of regional commercial strategies.

Your key responsibilities:

• Own and develop a portfolio of customers, driving profitable growth and long-term partnerships
• Build and execute account plans aligned with BCIP regional strategy
• Identify, develop and convert a robust sales pipeline in CRM (Atlas)
• Lead pricing, negotiations, and contract management in line with company guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer projects and win new business.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insight generation to support decision-making

In Austria, we offer a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 54.642 with the possibility of increase depending on qualifications and experience.

You bring:

• 5 -10 years' experience in commercial account management preferably within the ingredient processing industry.
• Strong technical understanding of ingredients and their applications, with the ability to discuss customer needs and collaborate with technical teams.
