The ideal candidate has experience in sales or recruitment and speaks fluent English, with proficiency in German or Dutch considered a plus. What You’ll Do (360°)

• Business Development: Win new clients via phone, email, online meetings, and on-site visits.
• Talent Matchmaking: Source, qualify, and place top talent across Europe.
• Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
• Headhunting: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing to uncover hidden talent.
• Negotiate & Close: Drive offers through to signature and celebrate shared success.
• End-to-End Support: Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

• Mindset: Driven, curious, resilient, and motivated to make the most of the new year.
• Background: Experience in sales or recruitment is a plus, but not essential.
• Languages: Fluent German or Dutch plus English (C1–C2); or native English with proven B2B Sales or Recruitment experience.
• Location: Based in or around Amsterdam.
