Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam’s Moxy & Residence Inn Houthavens welcomes a Food & Beverage Employee to deliver exceptional service across our bar, restaurant, and kitchen areas. You will prepare simple yet tasty meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food & beverage service is preferred.
• Good knowledge of English, Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work in day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant to ensure compliance with policies, standards and guest satisfaction.
• Take, prepare, and serve orders from cocktails and coffees to dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly according to hotel standards.
• Ensure servicing and kitchen equipment are clean and maintained, meeting hygiene and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of fridges, dishes and restaurant furniture.
• Collaborate with front office to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the day-to-day operations of the bar & restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding our guest’s expectations.
• Taking, preparing, and serving orders varying from cocktails, coffees to dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards.
• Making sure that all servicing & kitchen equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes and overall bar and restaurant furniture.
• Collaborate with front office to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
