Elevate Your Career as an External Global Billing Coordinator

In this role, you will be instrumental in the timely and accurate processing of global invoices, contributing directly to our financial health and strengthening our relationships with valued customers worldwide. You will be empowered to take ownership of your workload, collaborate seamlessly with international teams, and drive solutions to ensure efficient billing operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Driving Billing Excellence: Efficiently generate and process global invoices with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), directly contributing to improved cash flow and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring Rate Accuracy: Rigorously verify rates for all invoices, safeguarding invoice integrity, minimizing customer disputes and rejections, and ensuring revenue assurance and end-to-end profitability.
• Managing Peak Season Surcharges: Accurately calculate and process Peak Season Surcharges based on specific country/region/port pair thresholds, including necessary invoicing and approvals.
• Resolving Billing Inquiries: Proactively and effectively address queries and resolve disputes from both customers and internal branches, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
• Fostering Strong Communication: Maintain high-quality communication with customers, global Toll branches, and senior management, taking initiative to swiftly overcome challenges and meet urgent requirements, deadlines, and special requests.
• Collaborative Workflow Management: Independently plan and prioritize your workload while collaborating effectively within a high-functioning team to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless daily processing of global invoicing.
  
  

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Having a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across diverse cultures and teams.
• A meticulous approach to your work with a demonstrated ability to thrive and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, invoicing or costing is a plus. Familiarity with CW1 or oracle system would be value add.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our global partners and customers. Mandarin proficiency will be valuable.
• Flexibility to provide occasional support during public holidays or when there's a specific business need.
