As a Engineer/Senior Engineer/Assistant Staff Engineer - Equipment Project, you will play a vital role in…

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing engineering projects considering investment and production costs, ensuring timely and task-oriented processing according to SOPs and PEM principles.
• Tracking equipment suppliers throughout all project milestones, verifying technical compliance, conducting acceptance tests, and overseeing equipment commissioning and relocation.
• Applying global quality standards to review technologies, processes, and facilities for optimization to improve quality and cost-efficiency.
• Developing project concepts, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting customers through all project phases.
• Collaborating with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to improve quality and yield.
• Identifying opportunities for process and technology streamlining and optimization.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 years of experience in machine design and development for medical device projects and innovation.
• Experience in implementing equipment strategies, problem-solving, and equipment validation.
• Knowledge of process improvements, automation, Industry 4.0, and digital manufacturing.
• Project management skills, good communication, and ability to collaborate effectively to ensure project delivery within budgets and timelines.
