Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be a Reporting Powerhouse: Take ownership of critical month-end and quarter-end processes, from GL entries to insightful financial reports, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Drive Financial Integrity: Own balance sheet reconciliations and collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to provide valuable insights and ensure financial health.
  • Contribute to Compliance: Play a vital role in audit preparations and support the review of tax-sensitive accounts, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Shape Business Decisions: Dive into ad-hoc projects and analyses, providing valuable insights that directly influence business strategy.
  • Innovate and Improve: Be a champion for efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and contribute new ideas.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with the Finance Business Partner and other stakeholders in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Make a Difference: Your meticulous work and insightful analysis will directly contribute to the overall success of the business unit.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. CA/CPA qualification (or if you are well-advanced in obtaining it).
  • Solid experience managing the General Ledger and a strong foundation in Financial Accounting. Project accounting skills are a plus!
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to financial and management reporting, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with strong Excel skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement – bonus points for Green Belt training!
