Responsibilities:
- Disseminate updated information from Customer, Carrier to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
- Email and follow-up phone calls to update Customers and stakeholders on the latest developments and milestones related to customer orders and hub operations.
- Coordinate with customers on urgent/exception pulls and work with the operation team to ensure timely handover of goods.
- Review and troubleshoot the audit trail report for any inventory discrepancies.
- Perform system updates promptly and accurately based on requests from Customers or their Suppliers, including on-hold parts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring proper labeling and segregation.
- Notify Customers of any shipment discrepancies via email and follow-up by phone.
- Respond promptly to Customer or related parties' emails.
- Coordinate with the Operation team for rework, screening, or scrap activities as per Customer requirements.
- Maintain and file all company documents and records properly.
Qualifications:
- STPM/Diploma
- Certification in Communication Skills and SAP (hands-on experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Valid driving license and own transport preferred
