Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Disseminate updated information from Customer, Carrier to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
  2. Email and follow-up phone calls to update Customers and stakeholders on the latest developments and milestones related to customer orders and hub operations.
  3. Coordinate with customers on urgent/exception pulls and work with the operation team to ensure timely handover of goods.
  4. Review and troubleshoot the audit trail report for any inventory discrepancies.
  5. Perform system updates promptly and accurately based on requests from Customers or their Suppliers, including on-hold parts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring proper labeling and segregation.
  6. Notify Customers of any shipment discrepancies via email and follow-up by phone.
  7. Respond promptly to Customer or related parties' emails.
  8. Coordinate with the Operation team for rework, screening, or scrap activities as per Customer requirements.
  9. Maintain and file all company documents and records properly.
Qualifications:
  • STPM/Diploma
  • Certification in Communication Skills and SAP (hands-on experience is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Excel)
  • Valid driving license and own transport preferred
