• Lead system analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive end-to-end technical planning, including architecture, integration design, and documentation.
• Supervise and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct code reviews, technical validations, and ensure secure coding practices are in place.
• Lead quality assurance efforts including test plan reviews, performance/load testing strategies, and defect management.
• Oversee deployment processes and provide Level 2/3 support for mobile applications in production environments.
• Continuously identify and propose technical enhancements to improve app performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and development tools to guide strategic tech direction.
• Act as the bridge between business, UI/UX, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Experience: At least 3–5 years in mobile application development, with recent experience in a system analyst or technical lead capacity.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in mobile platforms (iOS/Android), backend APIs, and system integration.
• Proficient in system and process documentation (e.g., use cases, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams).
• Familiar with full SDLC methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in technical teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Able to balance technical depth with business context.
