JOB SUMMARY
To conduct analyses, prepare working papers, and follow-up actions related to real estate investment proposals for the approval of EPF’s Management Investment Committee (MIC) and subsequent tabled for the approval of the Investment Panel, or to prepare rejection proposals for any real estate investment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Dealing with the proposal presenter to obtain and complete information for the EPF Investment Panel Meeting.
ii. Conducting financial analysis for inclusion in the Investment Working Paper.
iii. Providing suggested terms and conditions for consideration by the proposer.
iv. Preparing an offer acceptance letter for approved proposals.
v. Preparing an offer rejection letter for proposals not approved by the EPF Management Investment Committee or the Investment Panel.
vi. Preparing a memo to the Legal Department detailing terms and conditions for approved proposals to facilitate agreement documentation.
vii. Providing necessary information for investments requiring approval from the Minister of Finance, Central Bank (BNM), or Securities Commission (SC), where applicable.
viii. Reviewing draft agreements to ensure terms align with those approved by the EPF Investment Panel.
