Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis or test engineering.
• Experience with SCAN ATPG pattern generation and debug.
• Familiarity with failure signature analysis and yield learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze yield limiters using statistical techniques and big data methodologies.
• Develop and implement process development roadmaps to support technology yield milestones.
• Consolidate, interpret, and visualize data sources to extract actionable yield insights.
• Perform fault isolation and root-cause analysis for failures.
• Collaborate with design, test, and process teams to debug yield limiters.
• Develop measurement recipes and harden equipment for advanced logic nodes.
• Drive new product introductions and factory experiments to improve yield.
