Job summary
TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer to drive yield, quality, and productivity across sustaining activities. You will support NPI feasibility, characterization, and qualification while coordinating DOE and optimization studies.
The role requires a engineering degree and 4–6 years of manufacturing process experience in a fast-paced environment, with expertise in NPI, die attach, flip chip, SMT processes, and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical/ electronic/ mechanical/ mechatronics) required.
- 4–6 years or more of work experience in manufacturing process in high-paced environment.
- Experience with NPI, die attach, flip chip, SMT processes a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage sustaining activities to improve yield and quality.
- Support product and NPI feasibility, characterization, and qualification.
- Conduct DOE and optimization for evaluation studies.
- Drive process improvement and cost-saving projects.
- Document process changes and basic system/machine troubleshooting.
