Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to support Yamalube sales targets and dealer operations. The role requires prompt order processing, timely payments collection, and close coordination with logistic partners to ensure smooth deliveries.

The incumbent will monitor stock levels, conduct physical counts, and report trends to help optimize procurement and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales target of Yamalube to be achieved monthly.
• Process Yamalube orders received from dealers promptly.
• Collect payment of aging, exceed term or orders that exceed credit limit from dealers.
• Ensure delivery of Yamalube to dealers in proper manner with logistic company and resolve issues if any.
• Responsible for stock status of Yamalube managed by Tiong Nam for stock in and out.
• Perform physical stock count of Yamalube at Tiong Nam warehouse when required.
• Determine sales trend, inform Procurement quantity of PO and control inventory threshold.
• Collect order, market info, solve dealer issues and other required tasks during monthly market visit.
• Develop new product of Yamalube if required.
• Assist on other tasks assigned by Management.
• IP- Identify,purchase sample, collect info of counterfeit product whether online or offline for infringement of Yamaha & Yamalube brand name.
• IP- Coordinate with legal/IP teams, YMC, government enforcement team on patent and trademark matters
